Amazing staff made our trip special

From check-in to check-out, the attentive guest services ensured our needs were met, including a special food tray sent up when my mother fell ill. The waterpark was a hit, with lots of fun for the kids!

Great-sized and air conditioned room, extremely comfy beds. Very impressed with climate control, 2 English channels, and a sofa available. Good drinks at lounge bar, very efficient service.

The place was fairly clean and fabulous, had fairly friendly stuff with service being good & staff polite. Our rooms were large and cleaned on a daily basis. Spent here 10 enjoyable days and would love to come back...

An Lovely Family Getaway!

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation! The dedicated staff surprised us with personalized touches, like decorating our room for a celebration. The A La Carte restaurants offered exquisite meals that elevated our dining experience. Don't miss the fun at the waterpark-hiring a cabana is a great way to relax!

Lovely romantic, air conditioned rooms, clean pool. Handy location, a short way from everywhere. Liked good area.

We spent 10 nights and would happily go back again. Its rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and come with lovely decor and rose pedals, as example😃👍❤

My family and I enjoyed our week at Aska Lara, but there were a few bumps along the way. The hotel itself looked great, clean, and had a spacious room with a nice view of the pool, even if it wasn't the best spot. The staff at the main restaurant provided excellent service. Omar stood out for his friendliness and attentiveness. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, but it got repetitive, and I wished for more options, especially Turkish cuisine. The waterpark seemed to be the highlight, but it was a letdown since it was always crowded and not managed well. We had some awkward moments on the slides since there were no staff monitoring safety. The shuttle service to the beach was convenient and quick, but it would have been nice if they ran more frequently, especially during busy times. My kids loved the small fairground area and the water park, even with the minor frustrations. All in all, we appreciated the good size of our room and the cleanliness of the hotel, but a few improvements could was good.

Really good Family Experience with Great Variety

We had an amazing family stay with so much to do! The water park was a standout feature-we loved spending hours enjoying the numerous slides and play areas. The dining options were fantastic. I particularly appreciated the fresh culinary specialties made on-site during meal service, like the grilled egg station for breakfast. The daily replenishment of the mini bar added a nice touch to our experience. Just a note-some aspects could be upgraded with improving shuttle frequency during busy times.

Everything is at the highest level, food, special activities, staff! Only cleaning pumped up, they constantly forgot to put on a towel, coffee, shampoo, we took 2 rooms and 2 rooms were not good with cleaning, but hotel, animation, food, staff, all at the highest level, thank you Aska

The restaurant was really nice, for dinner.

I stayed for 6 nights in a Standard Triple Room with Land View. The water park was excellent for my children. Variety in food kept meals interesting. The shuttle service was quick and convenient. Staff members were professional and attentive 😊

bad soundproofing (very noisy) and it is impossible to fall asleep at night because of the disco on the -1 floor; cleaning must be better, hastily cleaned place, furniture is not wiped from dust, and one day they did not come at all (I had to call)

Nice 5-k with comfortable rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. I can't say that the food was very diverse, but it was a lot of things, it was delicious and a very large variant of dishes. Everybody's gonna find their own food.

The water park and beach access were highlights, with tons of fun for my kids. The food was diverse, especially loved the ice cream service at the dining hall.

Tasty food in the main restaurant. Beautiful hotel. Rested very well, but we're not going to go again.

The beach across the road, you either need to get on the shuttle or walk for about 7 minutes. There's almost nothing to eat at the beach restaurant. Very few fruits.
